Regulation 17
Better records, clearer oversight, and a record managers can review, act on, and stand behind — Good Governance, Regulation 17 of the 2014 Regulated Activities Regulations.
Regulation 18
Helps managers identify incidents that may require a CQC notification (Regulation 18 of the CQC (Registration) Regulations 2009). The provider remains responsible for deciding whether and when to notify.
