How it works
Mock Inspection reads your approved care records, incidents, care plans, risk assessments, governance flags, and audit trail. It maps each piece of evidence to the Quality Statement it supports, weighted by the CQC's five Key Questions (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-led).
You get a per-statement readiness score with a traffic-light view (a self-check, not a predicted rating), a list of evidence gaps (statements with thin or missing evidence), and a prioritised action list ordered by inspection risk.
For each gap, Mock Inspection shows which records would close it. You can address genuine evidence gaps before the inspector arrives, not discover them during the assessment.
What it replaces
Manual preparation before an inspection. The manager pulls care records and tries to match evidence to each Quality Statement by hand, which takes days and is easy to leave until late.
