Draw from live records
The pack pulls from your approved care notes, incident records, governance flags, Duty of Candour records, care plans, risk assessments, and audit trail. Everything was captured and manager-reviewed in Care-Meter.
The Inspection Narrative Pack assembles your CQC inspection evidence from live Care-Meter records, organised by the five Key Questions: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led, with supporting evidence for each of the 34 Quality Statements.
You arrive at inspection with a structured pack, not a box of files. The inspector gets organised evidence. You get a record of exactly what you presented.
Early access: August 2026. The Inspection Narrative Pack launches in August 2026 alongside Mock Inspection. Inspect-tier subscribers can book early access now.

How it works
The pack pulls from your approved care notes, incident records, governance flags, Duty of Candour records, care plans, risk assessments, and audit trail. Everything was captured and manager-reviewed in Care-Meter.
Evidence is sorted into the five CQC Key Questions. For each Quality Statement under each Key Question, the pack identifies the strongest supporting records and flags gaps.
The pack is exported as a structured, print-ready document with source references for every claim, so the inspector can follow the evidence back to the original record if needed.
What it replaces
The manual assembly of an inspection folder. The manager gathers care records, incident reports, care plans, risk assessments, and governance documents, then organises them by CQC Key Question, writes a narrative for each, and prints and labels everything. That process typically takes two to three days and relies entirely on the manager's memory of which evidence is relevant to which statement.
Regulatory grounding
The Inspection Narrative Pack directly supports Regulation 17 (Good Governance): the provider can demonstrate how records are maintained, how quality is monitored, and what evidence exists for every Quality Statement without reconstructing it on the day.
It also strengthens the Well-led Key Question response: a provider that can produce a structured, evidence-referenced narrative pack at short notice has demonstrably better governance systems than one that can't.
